National Park Day Hike
The hike is done in the Jaguar trail which is walking distance from the Tortuguero Village. This hike take you inside the Jaguar Trail for about 2 hours. Observe animals such as toucans, monkeys, macaws, insects, frogs, lizards, snakes, sloth and much more. Starting from the main dock in Tortuguero and finish in the beach walking the way back and enjoying the view of the world recognized Tortuguero Nesting Beach.
What to bring: Water, rain gear, hiking boots, sun protection, insect repellent, fruit, dry-fit, hat or cap, long sleeve shirts are better, camera and binoculars.
What is included? 2:00 hrs jungle hiking. Local Bilingual Certified Naturalist Guide.
Meeting Location: Almendro Dock area in Tortuguero Village.
